The goal of this writing activity was to tell the step-by-step life cycle of a cicada. We had to remember to use sequencing adverbs at the beginning of each step/paragraph.✌

Kawa of Care

Mrs Gardiner is in charge of computers at our school and she came to class to talk about the Kawa of care rules we have to follow when working on our Chromebooks. We had to make something to prove we have read the rules and understand and agree to them. Here is my document:

 

Maths Week 3 Term 1 2021

 

 We have been learning that statistics is the maths of data. Data is information/facts. We collected data using tally charts and then we made bar graphs and dot plot graphs using pen and paper. Then, we used our computers to make graphs. Here is my graph about movies. Instead of using spreadsheets I made a graph on The Maths is Fun website.
